WAMOH has been impacting pelvic healthcare in the South Bay communities for over 20 years.
Our founder, Dr Jenni Gabelsberg, has grown our company from a one woman show in 2001, to a thriving, innovative company with 25+ pelvic health providers, two large in-person locations, a mobile in-home branch and a fully remote standard of care Empowered Birth Program for perinatal people.
We’re always looking for team members who would be the perfect fit for our company culture, mission and vision.

We Care For Our Team, So They Can Care For Our Patients.
One of our biggest strengths is our emphasis on education and mentorship. We create and nurture pelvic health experts in multiple ways:
-
We developed our own internal 12 month WAMOH University mentorship program that all new physical and occupational therapist staff participate in, with weekly mentorship, guidance and research reviews, with our Director of Education.
-
We host 13-16 pelvic health courses from Herman Wallace Pelvic Rehab Institute each year. Our team takes all of the pelvic series, visceral and myofascial series in their first three years with us. (Our Founder is HW Senior Faculty for 20+ years and teaches the pelvic and OB series courses)
-
Once completing the first 3-4 pelvic series courses, our clinical team then acts as Teaching Assistants at the courses we host, to gain experience in teaching, leadership and communicating with other pelvic providers.
-
Monthly staff development meetings on specific topics, complex case reviews, clinical skills practice, soft skills development or guest expert lectures.
-
Complimentary extra pilates training, training on real time ultrasound equipment and surface EMG, and quarterly Journal Club meetings.
-
By application only, we also offer a 12 month accredited Pelvic Health Residency for physical therapists, which runs Nov 1st through Oct 31st every year since 2020.
Our Core Values
We care deeply about our company culture. Which is why we strive for all team members to embody our core values in both their professional and personal lives.
