We had a conversation that changed our minds about what we owe this community.
A teacher we know was at her child's birthday party. There was a bounce house. She didn't go in. She'd been leaking for two years — since her second baby — and she'd quietly decided that was just her life now.
When she heard we work with women like her, she said the thing we've heard a thousand times:
"Is it too late for me?"
It is not too late. It is almost never too late. And what she described is one of the most fixable things we treat.
We've spent 25 years in the South Bay helping women, men, and athletes get back to the version of themselves they thought they'd left behind. This summer, we want to do that for the teachers who spent the year showing up for everyone else (including our kids since many of our therapists are local!)
What's included:
A free 45-minute one-on-one pelvic health consult with a licensed WAMOH PT or OT
A specialist who will actually listen, examine, and tell you what's really going on
A clear plan for what to do about it — with no pressure to continue care if you don't want to
Available at all three of our clinics: Torrance (Crenshaw), Torrance (Hawthorne), Long Beach
